JVA ONLINE FORMS
JVA Medical and Insurance forms are now all electronic. Please visit the JVA website before tryouts and complete. You do not need to sign in, use Annette Glavan and go from there.
Age Classification
Please review the age classification to ensure you are trying out for the right age group. If you have questions, please reach out to Club Director, Annie Adamczak-Glavan.
Cost
There is a non-refundable $50 fee for tryouts.
If selected for a team, a deposit is due at tryouts to secure a team spot.
U12 & Under
6th grade & under

Make Up Tryouts
We will host makeup tryouts for players still looking for a team if our rosters are not full after the first tryout.

practices & training
All team will practice at one of our three facilities located in the West Metro. Practices are 1.5 hours long, twice per week. We will offer additional positional training monthly.

Tournament schedule
Our 1s teams will play a more competitive schedule than our 2s/3s teams including out of state travel. Our 3s teams will only play in local tournaments. Please note this is subject to change upon teams being formed.
fees
Fees are based on the team level, length of season, travel schedule and age. Base club fees include: uniform top, spandex, warm-up jacket, practice tee, knee pads, water bottle, practice time, paid experienced coaches, and tournament and player fees. Some teams will have travel expenses covered.

Many other clubs DO NOT cover travel expenses to out of state tournaments – please compare our fees to others – this expense alone will add $2000-$3000 to your total fees at other clubs.
