Annie adamczak academy

Annie Adamczak Academy aka AAA is a volleyball club dedicated to teaching the game through positive reinforcement, trust, and strong relationships. We know that young athletes face unique challenges and pressures today. Our goal is to create a safe, uplifting environment where players can express themselves, build resilience, and strive to become the best version of themselves—all while keeping the game fun.

Led by Annie Adamczak-Glavan and an experienced, all-female coaching staff, we are passionate about passing down a tradition of greatness and supporting our players' development into exceptional people. We truly understand the modern world of youth sports, from social media pressures to team dynamics. At AAA, we strive to make the gym feel like home and the absolute best part of every player's day.

A Letter From Annie

I just want to personally thank you for joining me as I start this new chapter. Without your families' commitment, hard work and enthusiasm I would not be able to do what I love...coach volleyball. Every day I get to pass on the game I love and be in the gym with your daughter. Our mission statement is "it has to be fun!" We strive to push everyone in the gym to be the best version of themselves. We encourage passion, individualism, competitiveness and teamwork. We can achieve anything with a strong, trusting team that functions as one and we take pride in wearing purple. We are not a factory, we are not the biggest, we are not here to win at all cost and break kids. We are here to build them up, help young girls become strong, confident, independent thinking young women and we use volleyball as the tool to do so. So please join the fun, join the passion and let's play some good volleyball.
